McDonald's is also a place to eat, where I'm from
They mean more like a dancing club
So you get hungry when you're dancing, and you're relieved to see there's food nearby

I have had a burger, yes!
They were very confusing for me, if you can believe it.
I had never seen 'sand-wiches' before, let alone a burger.
